白菜育種

 

 

一、團(tuán)隊(duì)構(gòu)成
      白菜課題組,創(chuàng)建于上世紀(jì)70年代,主要從事白菜、芥菜類蔬菜遺傳育種及相關(guān)研究。現(xiàn)有成員5人,其中正高級職稱3人,副高級職稱2人。課題組一直承擔(dān)著國家多個(gè)科研項(xiàng)目及研究任務(wù),建立了多項(xiàng)高效育種技術(shù),培育了一批優(yōu)異白菜新品種。

 

二、主要研究領(lǐng)域
      白菜課題組主要圍繞白菜類和芥菜類十字花科作物開展新品種選育、種質(zhì)資源創(chuàng)新和相關(guān)育種技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用。在新品種選育方面,課題組始終以品質(zhì)優(yōu)質(zhì)、抗病性強(qiáng)、適應(yīng)廣為目標(biāo),根據(jù)市場導(dǎo)向,致力于選育不同類型、不同栽培模式的白菜與芥菜新品種;種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新方面,通過資源的廣泛收集與鑒定,結(jié)合小孢子培養(yǎng),雄性不育及其他細(xì)胞工程和分子生物學(xué)方法,篩選、創(chuàng)制出了一批聚合多個(gè)目標(biāo)性狀、配合力強(qiáng)的資源材料;育種技術(shù)方面,課題深入研究了白菜病毒病抗病機(jī)制,雄性不育系快速轉(zhuǎn)育,小孢子高效培養(yǎng)體系技術(shù),并廣泛應(yīng)用在種植創(chuàng)新,新品種選育上。同時(shí),還開展了白菜抗根腫病、橘紅葉色、紫色葉色、根膨大、耐抽薹等一系列重要性狀基因的研究,并對多個(gè)重要性狀形成分子機(jī)制進(jìn)行了研究,探究了小孢子發(fā)生機(jī)理,為種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新和新品種選育種打下基礎(chǔ)。
