功能基因

 

 

      蔬菜功能基因課題組目前成員為4名,其中研究員1名、副研究員1名,助理研究員2名。農(nóng)科英才B類(國(guó)家優(yōu)青)1人,所級(jí)英才1人。目前在讀博士后1名,博士6名,碩士10名,技術(shù)人員4名。

二、研究方向
      蔬菜功能基因組課題組主要圍繞我國(guó)蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中對(duì)優(yōu)質(zhì)品種的重大科技需求,以重要蔬菜作物黃瓜、番茄和馬鈴薯為研究對(duì)象,從蔬菜基因組學(xué)研究的基礎(chǔ)出發(fā),針對(duì)決定蔬菜作物產(chǎn)量、品質(zhì)形成、以及營(yíng)養(yǎng)吸收利用的遺傳機(jī)理開展深入研究。迄今共發(fā)表80多篇SCI論文,被SCI他引5000多次,其中在國(guó)際權(quán)威學(xué)術(shù)期刊Nature、Science、Nature Genetics、Nature Plants、Plant Cell和PNAS上發(fā)表十余篇學(xué)術(shù)論文。研究解決蔬菜作物的重大基礎(chǔ)生物學(xué)問題,確立了我國(guó)在蔬菜基因組學(xué)領(lǐng)域的國(guó)際領(lǐng)先地位,提升了蔬菜學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)研究的國(guó)際影響力,也為培育我國(guó)優(yōu)良蔬菜品種奠定重要的理論基礎(chǔ)。
