個人簡介

       1992年生,山東曹縣人,博士,副研究員(所聘研究員)。2013年獲山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;2018年獲中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)博士學(xué)位;2018年至今在中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院蔬菜花卉研究所生物技術(shù)室生物信息課題工作。

科研情況

       主要從事辣椒與蕓薹屬作物的基因組學(xué)與分子育種研究,重點關(guān)注基因組等組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)解析、多倍化演化與亞基因組形成機制以及重要農(nóng)藝性狀的遺傳調(diào)控機制等科學(xué)問題。先后以第一或通訊(含并列)作者在Nature Genetics、Nature Plants、PNAS、Molecular Plant、Nature Communications、Plant Communications等高水平刊物發(fā)表論文近20篇,主持國家自然科學(xué)基金、中國農(nóng)科院青年創(chuàng)新專項、國家重點研發(fā)計劃子課題等多個項目。
