個(gè)人簡介

       楊學(xué)勇,1982年生,中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院蔬菜花卉研究所研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,擔(dān)任蔬菜功能基因組創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)首席。

科研情況

       主要圍繞葫蘆科瓜類等作物源庫互作的生物學(xué)過程,挖掘和解析關(guān)鍵變異、變異與基因組互作、變異與環(huán)境互作,并定向創(chuàng)制變異來改良作物。旨在建立廣泛適用的方法論,系統(tǒng)地進(jìn)行源、庫、流的科學(xué)改造和設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)作物的產(chǎn)量、品質(zhì)和環(huán)境適應(yīng)性的協(xié)同提升。以通訊/第一作者在Cell、Nature Plants、The Plant Cell等重要期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇。主持了國家級(jí)、省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目和課題6項(xiàng)。獲國家自然科學(xué)基金A類和B類項(xiàng)目資助、以及農(nóng)業(yè)科研杰出人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃等;擔(dān)任中國園藝學(xué)會(huì)蔬菜專委會(huì)秘書長。
