個(gè)人簡介

       凌鍵,博士,中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院蔬菜花卉研究所研究員。2004年碩士畢業(yè)于西南師范大學(xué),獲植物學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,2008年博士畢業(yè)于中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院研究生院,獲得作物遺傳育種博士學(xué)位。2008年至今,在中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院蔬菜花卉研究所工作。2016年-2017年赴加拿大西蒙菲莎大學(xué)公派留學(xué)。目前研究的主要領(lǐng)域?yàn)椋和ㄟ^對蔬菜病原物基因組,轉(zhuǎn)錄組,代謝組等組學(xué)的研究,并結(jié)合分子實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法揭示蔬菜——病原物互作的分子機(jī)制。以第一作者或者通訊作者(含并列)在Microbiome ,Plant Biotechnol Journal, new phytologist, plant journal,Horticulture Research等知名雜志上發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇,獲得授權(quán)專利10余項(xiàng)。

科研情況

       長期從事重要蔬菜及蔬菜病原物基因組學(xué)研究,主要研究內(nèi)容為通過整合基因組,轉(zhuǎn)錄組,代謝組,微生物組等組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行基因組組裝,抗病基因的克隆,生防菌次生代謝基因簇及產(chǎn)物鑒定、微生物多樣性與病原菌致病的關(guān)系、病原菌分子鑒定等工作。主持自然科學(xué)基金3項(xiàng)(編號:31000922,31571962,32372508),主持135課題一項(xiàng)(2018YFD0201204),執(zhí)行主持145課題一項(xiàng)(2023YFC2604901)。另外,參與院創(chuàng)新工程,973等多個(gè)項(xiàng)目的研究。近年來,發(fā)表相關(guān)論文60余篇,其中以第一作者、通訊作者發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇,獲得授權(quán)專利10余項(xiàng),參與制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)8項(xiàng)。
