個(gè)人簡介

      薄凱亮,1983年2月出生,河北省高邑縣人,2007年獲河北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,2014年獲南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2014年至2017年在美國威斯康星大學(xué)麥迪遜分校從事博士后研究。2017年5月獲中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院“青年英才A類計(jì)劃”引進(jìn)人才,入職蔬菜花卉研究所。現(xiàn)為研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師、農(nóng)科英才、葫蘆科研究室主任。

科研情況

        以南瓜等葫蘆科作物為對象,廣泛收集種質(zhì)資源,建立表型鑒定技術(shù)體系;圍繞株型、品質(zhì)、抗性等相關(guān)性狀,解析其調(diào)控機(jī)制、開發(fā)功能型分子標(biāo)記、完善基因編輯技術(shù),建立高效分子育種體系;實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)性狀的快速改良與分子聚合,創(chuàng)制優(yōu)異骨干材料進(jìn)而培育新品種。

       先后主持國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目子課題2項(xiàng),其他項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng)。以第一或通訊作者在Plant Physiology、Horticulture Research、Theoretical and Applied Genetics等期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文十余篇;授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利5件;作為Editor組織編寫英文專著1部。
